Curried Vegetable Twist

Curried Vegetable Twist is a special curry made with a blend of vegetables and eggs. It gives you a perfect tinge of creamy and spicy flavour altogether.
Nutritional Benefits:
Eggs provide us with high biological value protein which helps in building up muscles. They also contain essential omega -3 fatty acids. Spinach is one of the healthiest green vegetables which is an excellent source of Vitamin A, folic acid, nitrates that helps to reduce blood pressure levels and promotes eye health.
Ingredients:
- 10 grams rice
- 20 grams green beans
- 1 egg
- 2 garlic cloves
- 20 grams onion
- 20 grams tomatoes
- 40 grams spinach
- 1 green chili
- 1 teaspoon coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon mustard oil

Method:
- Firstly, cook rice while removing starch.
- Secondly, boil green beans, spinach and eggs in separate pans.
- Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic, onion until they turn brown. Then add tomatoes along with spices. Saute for a few minutes then add beans and spinach.Add cooked rice to the mixture.
- Now add eggs. Cook for a few minutes.
- Serve hot.
