Sweet Potato Feta Slices

Elevate your snack game with these Sweet Potato Feta Slices!  Packed with flavor and goodness, this healthy recipe is a tasty twist on classic snacking.


• 1 small boiled sweet potato

• 1 tsp paprika powder

• ½ tsp olive oil

• 2 tsp feta cheese (crumbled)

• Finely chopped coriander

• 1 tsp lemon juice

• Salt & pepper to taste


Peel the sweet potato and cut them into thick slices.

In a grilling pan, add olive oil and lightly grill the potato slices.

Once the slices are grilled, place them on a plate add feta cheese, paprika powder,

lemon juice, season with salt & pepper, Serve immediately.
