Spinach Stuffed Baked Tilapia

Spinach stuffed baked tilapia is the best protein enriched meal option to binge upon. You can relish it along with a warm soup or some grilled vegetables.

Ingredients
- 50 grams tilapia
- 20 grams baby spinach leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- 5 grams basil leaves
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- Kosher salt as per taste
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil

Method
- In a small bowl, combine oil, half the lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning and whisk.
- Transfer the contents to a large resealable bag along with tilapia; seal and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Heat grill over medium-high then add tilapia, discarding excess marinade. Grill until cooked well from both sides.
- Meanwhile, combine baby spinach, garlic, basil, and remaining lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
- Top grilled tilapia with spinach mixture and bake at 165 degree Celsius for about 5 to 7 minutes each side.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.
