The Berry Berry Yoghurt Parfait

The Berry Berry Yoghurt Parfait is a thick and relishing pudding which is enriched with the amazing flavour and health benefits of berries. It is a perfect pudding to curb your sugar cravings.

Nutritional benefits –

Blue Berries are a good source of Vitamin C and E which act as antioxidant and are good for skin. Along with this yogurt acts as a probiotic and is quite healthy for our gut.
Ingredients –

  • 30 grams berries
  • 5 grams coconut sugar
  • 1 piece cinnamon
  • 10 grams curd
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice

Calorie count-

  • Calories- 87.5 kcal
  • Protein- 2.5 grams
  • Carbohydrates- 3.9 grams
  • Fat- 7 grams

Method –

  1. Take berries in a bowl and whisk them along with hung curd.
  2. Assemble the mixture in a jar and add chopped nuts if desired.
  3. Serve chilled.
