The Berry Berry Yoghurt Parfait is a thick and relishing pudding which is enriched with the amazing flavour and health benefits of berries. It is a perfect pudding to curb your sugar cravings.
Nutritional benefits –
Blue Berries are a good source of Vitamin C and E which act as antioxidant and are good for skin. Along with this yogurt acts as a probiotic and is quite healthy for our gut.
Ingredients –
- 30 grams berries
- 5 grams coconut sugar
- 1 piece cinnamon
- 10 grams curd
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice

Method –
- Take berries in a bowl and whisk them along with hung curd.
- Assemble the mixture in a jar and add chopped nuts if desired.
