Thyroid relieving smoothie is a blend which provides you with the ample nutritional benefits along with an amazing taste. It is a healthy, easy to make and a quick drink which is a combination of fresh fruits and seeds to fill you up with needed carbohydrates and other essential nutrients.

- 20 grams blueberries
- 5 grams flax seeds
- 5 grams almonds

Method:
- In a fresh bowl wash blueberry and apple thoroughly with water. Remove the seeds of blueberries and cut them as well.
- Peel off the apples and banana and cut them into pieces.
- Finely chop the almonds and dry roast the flax seeds and keep them in a separate bowl.
- In a blender, add yogurt along with fruits and blend to form a smoothie.
- Pour the smoothie into glass and sprinkle it with chopped nuts and seeds for added flavor.
