Thyroid Relieving Smoothie

Thyroid relieving smoothie is a blend which provides you with the ample nutritional benefits along with an amazing taste. It is a healthy, easy to make and a quick drink which is a combination of fresh fruits and seeds to fill you up with needed carbohydrates and other essential nutrients.

Nutritional Benefits:
Bananas are a rich source of fiber and keep you fuller for long. It aids in proper digestion and its carbohydrate content provides you with instant and needed energy. Blueberries are a rich source of Vitamin C which provides you with antioxidants and builds immunity. Apples are also a fair source of fiber and have certain constituents that are good for your gut. Almonds are rich in magnesium, protein, fiber and vitamin E.


  • 30 grams banana
  • 20 grams apple
  • 20 grams blueberries
  • 5 grams flax seeds
  • 5 grams almonds
  • 50 grams yogurt

  • In a fresh bowl wash blueberry and apple thoroughly with water. Remove the seeds of blueberries and cut them as well.

  • Finely chop the almonds and dry roast the flax seeds and keep them in a separate bowl.
  • In a blender, add yogurt along with fruits and blend to form a smoothie.
  • Pour the smoothie into glass and sprinkle it with chopped nuts and seeds for added flavor.
