Sauteed Rainbow Chard

Ingredients:

  • 20 grams carrot
  • 20 grams broccoli
  • 20 grams onion
  • 15 grams baby corn
  • 20 grams bell peppers
  • 10 grams asparagus
  • 20 grams mushrooms
  • 2 Green chilies
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon olive Oil
  • Salt & pepper as per taste

Method:

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat flame.
