Lentils and Broccoli Salad

Lentils and broccoli salad is an amazing dish which is easy to make yet is highly nutritious. It is a perfect munching snack to pamper yourself whenever having hunger panks.
Nutritional benefits –
Broccoli is very light vegetables which are high in fiber and thus can aid proper digestion. Essential vitamins and minerals like folate, vitamin c are also present in it. Black beans are rich in fiber, calcium and protein. Also it is a fair source of folate, iron, calcium, phosphorus, copper and manganese.
Ingredients –
- 10 Grams masoor dal
- 10 Grams Black beans
- 20 grams of broccoli
- 10 grams methi sprouts
- 20 grams onion
- 1teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- ½ teaspoon chaat masala
- Salt and pepper as per taste

Method –
1. Preheat the oven to 450 degree F
2. Distinguish the florets of cauliflower and broccoli and place them on Greased baking tray.
3. Roast until slightly brown texture is attained.
4. Meanwhile pressure cook the dal and black beans and keep aside.
5. Then take a big bowl and mix lime juice and balsamic vinegar and add the cooked lentils and roasted broccoli along with all the spices into it.
6. Toss well all the ingredients and serve.
