Fenugreek is a herb that has been in our meals for generations and is known to be good for the body in many ways including hormonal issues. It helps maintain normal insulin levels.
Ingredients:
- Fenugreek leaves
- 1 Tomato
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Fenugreek seeds
- Black pepper
- Salt to taste

Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and saute fenugreek seeds, garlic and onion until brown.
- Now add washed and chopped Fenugreek leaves, water, black pepper, salt and let it boil.
- Cook for about 20 minutes, and blitz with a blender if you like a smooth consistency and serve.
