Ingredients:

  • 5-gram almonds
  • 5-gram coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 40 grams low-fat yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Seeds(flax,chia,sunflower,etc.) of choice for garnishing
  • Berries(strawberries,raspberries, cranberries,etc.) of choice to garnish

Method:
