Ingredients:
- 5-gram almonds
- 5-gram coconut oil
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- 40 grams low-fat yogurt
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Seeds(flax,chia,sunflower,etc.) of choice for garnishing
- Berries(strawberries,raspberries, cranberries,etc.) of choice to garnish

Method:
- Take a jar or small bowl, add in the almonds, coconut oil, cinnamon, and vanilla essence. Mix it well.
