Berry watermelon Feta salad is a perfect refreshing side dish to be enjoyed during the scorching heat of summers.
Nutritional benefits –
Watermelon is rich in Vitamin C, Fiber and low calorie fruit which is 70% of water thus is said to be very healthy and refreshing. Strawberries are a good source of Vitamin C and E which act as antioxidants and are good for skin.
Ingredients –
For dressing-
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1-2 garlic clove
- Salt as per taste
For salad
- 20 grams of watermelon
- 10 grams strawberries
- 10 grams blueberries
- 5 grams feta cheese
- 5 grams olive oil
- 4-5 mint leaves
- Salt and pepper as per taste

Method –
- Take a large salad bowl and add watermelon, strawberry, blueberry, mint leaves and crumbled feta cheese.
- Make salad dressing by whisking together the olive oil, oregano, lime juice, garlic, salt and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over salad and toss well before serving.
