Quinoa Beet Cheela

Quinoa beet cheela is a perfect snack to satisfy your taste buds. It is easy to prepare dish with ample nutritional benefits.

Nutritional benefits –

Oats are rich in dietary fiber which helps in better digestion and also they provide you with energy. Quinoa is a multi-beneficial grain which is a rich source of protein as well as fiber. It is also a fair source of magnesium, potassium and B vitamins. Beetroots are rich in iron, folic acid, vitamin A and vitamin C. It helps in building up immunity because of its antioxidant properties.

Ingredients –

  • 20 grams oats flour
  • 10 grams quinoa flour
  • 20 grams of beetroot
  • 20 grams plain curd
  • 20 grams chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper as per taste
  • 5 grams oil

Method –

  • Take boiled beetroot and blend it in a blender.

  • Serve hot with mint and coriander chutney.
