This Omelette is a nutrient-rich meal, combining high-quality protein, vitamins, and minerals in a single dish. The beaten eggs are mixed with a medley of fresh vegetables, seasoned to taste, and cooked in a skillet with a touch of olive oil. For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 35 grams chopped onion
- 25 grams of sliced capsicum
- 25 grams sliced carrot
- 10 grams spinach
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
- Take 2 eggs.
- Add all the vegetables with the egg and beat them well. Add the seasonings according to your taste.
Pour ½ teaspoon of oil in the frying pan and pour half the mixture in it. - Top it with 1/2 teaspoon of sesame seeds and flip it.
- Pour the rest half of the mixture and make the second serving.
