Quinoa Salad with Kale and Strawberries

Quinoa Salad with Kale and Strawberries is an amazing and relishing salad with the goodness of quinoa tossed with kale and fresh strawberries.

Nutritional Benefits:

Quinoa is high fiber, high protein and gluten free grain which provides you with major health benefits. It also has anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory properties. Strawberries are a good source of Vitamin C and E which act as antioxidants and are good for skin.

Ingredients:

  • 20 grams Quinoa
  • 20 grams Kale
  • 20 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 20 grams strawberries
  • ¼ teaspoon vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon chili flakes
  • 5 grams olive oil

Method:

  • In a hot pan cook quinoa and kale leaves until they become soft in consistency.
