Quinoa Salad with Kale and Strawberries is an amazing and relishing salad with the goodness of quinoa tossed with kale and fresh strawberries.

Ingredients:
- 20 grams Quinoa
- 20 grams Kale
- 20 grams cherry tomatoes
- 20 grams strawberries
- ¼ teaspoon vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon oregano
- ¼ teaspoon chili flakes
- 5 grams olive oil

Method:
- In a hot pan cook quinoa and kale leaves until they become soft in consistency.
- Transfer the cherry tomatoes, strawberries, cooked kale leaves and quinoa in the serving bowl.
