Spinach Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

  1. 150g refined flour
  2. 1 tsp baking powder
  3. 1/2 tbsp sugar 
  4. 2 eggs
  5. 1 tbsp melted butter, plus extra for frying
  6. 100ml milk
  7. 50g baby spinach leaves, washed and chopped
  8. berries and maple syrup, to serve

PROCEDURE

STEP 1

In a blender, add baking powder, sugar, eggs, butter, milk and spinach. Make a smooth batter

STEP 2

Grease a pan with 2 to 3 drops of oil. When the oil is heated, add the batter and let it cook properly from both the sides. 

STEP 3

Serve the pancakes hot with berries and maple syrup.
