Spinach Pancakes

INGREDIENTS
- 150g refined flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp melted butter, plus extra for frying
- 100ml milk
- 50g baby spinach leaves, washed and chopped
- berries and maple syrup, to serve
PROCEDURE
STEP 1
In a blender, add baking powder, sugar, eggs, butter, milk and spinach. Make a smooth batter
STEP 2
Grease a pan with 2 to 3 drops of oil. When the oil is heated, add the batter and let it cook properly from both the sides.
STEP 3
Serve the pancakes hot with berries and maple syrup.
