Guacamole Toast

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 50 grams (1 small) diced tomato
  • 50 grams (1 small) diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 slices whole grain or multigrain bread

Procedure:
