Guacamole Toast

Avocado/Guacamole toast is creamy, crisp and satisfying enough. It is a delicious and simple breakfast, snack or light meal.

Nutritional Benefit:
Avocados are a great source of vitamins C, E, K and B-6 as well as niacin, folate etc. They also offer an abundance of fibre and protein


  • 10 grams ripe avocados
  • 2 bread slices
  • 10 grams cherry tomatoes
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice
  • 20 grams onion
  • 5 grams jalapeno
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Salt to taste

  • In a bowl, mash together avocado with lime juice and salt. Stir in tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, and garlic until combined.

  • Voila, the toast is ready to be served.

This quick and easy breakfast idea requires only few ingredients. If you don’t have time to make the guacamole, feel free to use smashed avocado instead.
