Airfired Mirchi Pakoda

The authentic taste of a mirchi pakoda but in a healthier and more easy way. Now, you don’t need to fry the pakodas for that crunch!

Nutritional Benefits:

Sweet Potatoes keep you full for longer as they are a good source of fiber and Vitamin A. They can also help lose weight. Green chillies are loaded with vitamin C and beta carotene that are good for the eyes and skin. It also fights infection as it has antibacterial properties.

Ingredients: 

  • 4 big Green chillies
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • ½ cup Bengal gram flour
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp carom seeds
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • salt to taste

Carbohydrates: 75g (75 g) Fats: 3.7 (3 g)

Method:

  1. Mash the boiled sweet potatoes with salt, and chaat masala. 
  2. Mae the batter by mixing bengal gram flour, salt, cumin seeds, and carom seeds.
  3. Slit the green chillies, fill the potato mixture and then dip into the batter, and put into the air fryer. 
  4. When they are ready, serve hot with mint chutney.
