The authentic taste of a mirchi pakoda but in a healthier and more easy way. Now, you don’t need to fry the pakodas for that crunch!

Sweet Potatoes keep you full for longer as they are a good source of fiber and Vitamin A. They can also help lose weight. Green chillies are loaded with vitamin C and beta carotene that are good for the eyes and skin. It also fights infection as it has antibacterial properties.
Ingredients:
- 4 big Green chillies
- 2 sweet potatoes
- ½ cup Bengal gram flour
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp carom seeds
- ½ tsp chaat masala
- salt to taste

Method:
- Mash the boiled sweet potatoes with salt, and chaat masala.
- Mae the batter by mixing bengal gram flour, salt, cumin seeds, and carom seeds.
- Slit the green chillies, fill the potato mixture and then dip into the batter, and put into the air fryer.
- When they are ready, serve hot with mint chutney.
