Frozen Fruit Lollies

These Frozen Fruit Lollies are a fun and healthy treat perfect for cooling off on a hot day. Sliced bananas and strawberries are alternately placed on sticks, dipped in creamy yogurt, and frozen for a refreshing snack. A final coating of melted dark chocolate adds a touch of indulgence to these nutritious lollies.
For a Serving Size of Two:
Ingredients:
- 2 medium bananas
- 8 – 10 pieces (80 grams) strawberries
- 60 grams yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips
Procedure:
- Start by slicing the banana.
- Take a lolly stick and place the banana slices and strawberries slices alternatively
- After preparing the lolly sticks; place them on a baking tray and freeze for 1 hour
- Take a bowl and add the yoghurt; dip the lolly sticks in the yoghurt and freeze again until fully set.
- Take a small bowl and melt in some chocolate chips.
- Dip each lolly stick to coat with the chocolate and enjoy.
