Banana Sticks

Banana sticks are perfect snacks to grab on and are loved by all especially kids. The banana, chocolate, and strawberry layering make this recipe even more interesting providing a crunchy smooth texture to the bites.

Nutritional benefits:

Bananas are good in potassium and help in blood pressure levels. Yoghurt on the other side is good for gut health. Strawberries are good in antioxidants and are extremely delicious.

Ingredients:

  • 20 grams banana
  • 20 grams strawberries
  • 30 grams yoghurt
  • 5-gram chocolate chips

Method:

  • Start by slicing the banana.
  • Take a lolly stick and place the banana slices and strawberries slices alternatively
  • After preparing the lolly sticks; place them on a baking tray and freeze for 1 hour
  • take a bowl and add the yoghurt; dip the lolly sticks in the yoghurt and freeze again until fully set.
  • Take a small bowl and melt in some chocolate chips.
  • Dip each lolly stick to coat with the chocolate and enjoy.
