  • Cup Milk
  • Strands of Saffron
  • Dried Anjeer (Soaked overnight)

Method

  • Boil milk in a saucepan. Grind soaked anjeer into a smooth paste.
  • Into boiling milk add saffron and mix. Then switch off the flame and transfer milk to a glass.
  • Add Anjeer paste to the glass and mix them well.

Anjeer Milk served warm is best.
