Berry Banana Slush

Berry banana slush is a refreshing drink with a blast of citrus fruits for you in this warm weather. This cold slush will give you a rejuvenated feeling and a soothing effect by making your skin brightener.

Nutritional Benefits:

Blueberries are a good source of Vitamin C and E which act as antioxidants and are good for skin. Banana is rich in potassium and manganese . It also contains serotonin which helps to manage stress and ease mood swings.

Ingredients:

  • 30 grams banana
  • 40 grams blueberries
  • Crushed ice
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
  • Water as required

Method:
