Pomegranate Infused Water with Mint

Minty pomegranate water is quick to whip up and so refreshing. Made with the goodness of mint and pomegranate it is definitely the perfect hydration drink.

Nutritional Benefits:
Pomegranate is rich in Vitamin A, C, iron and folic acid levels which maintains the haemoglobin levels of your body. It is also rich in antioxidant levels which helps in building immunity. Mint acts as a refresher that helps in improving irritable bowel syndrome and helps in relieving indigestion.

Ingredients:

  • 30 grams pomegranate seeds
  • 3-4 sprigs fresh mint
  • 2 cups water
