Gut Tonic

This Gut tonic is super healthy to sip at any time of the day and it definitely provides ample benefits to your body.

Nutritional Benefits:
This gut tonic helps in the digestion process, helps to get rid of bloating and also boost up your immunity levels. It also accelerates the weight loss process.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4th teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 cup of water

Method:

  • Take a pan and boil half of the water.
  • Take a mug and add the remaining half of water along with rest of the ingredients and stir well.
  • Add the boiling water into the mug and mix well.
  • Serve at room temperature.
