Melon Slush

Stay cool this coming summer with melon slush with refreshing flavour. You can add different fruits along with the melon to prepare the slush as per your choice. It can be used as welcoming drinks for those summer parties with no hassle to prepare and delicious taste.
Nutritional benefits: Melons are highly nutritious. They help control the blood pressure levels as it has high potassium and low sodium content, promotes proper digestion and boosts the immune system due to the presence of vitamin C.
Ingredients:

  • 40 grams melon
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice
  • 4-5 ice cubes

Method:

  • In a blender add ice, melon, lime juice and water.
