Egg Wraps

Eating the same omelet every day might be a little old school for you. So here is a breakfast egg wrap you can try for a boost of protein and yummy flavors in the morning itself. A wrap that has protein, crunch, and species to give you a complete wholesome meal. Additionally, oats can be a replacement for refined wheat flour and also work as a binding to the wrap.

Oats are filled with protein and fibre again and keep us full for longer, Mushrooms have a great amount of protein, fibre, and antioxidants in them with very few calories. They help us feel good, boost our memory, heart health, and even brain health. Tomatoes on the other hand are rich in vitamin C, B, and E, which help protect our cells from damage.
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp oats
- 1 cup mushrooms
- ½ cup tomatoes
- 2 tbsp oil
- Chopped coriander
- Salt to taste

Method:
- In a pan, heat some oil, saute chopped mushrooms and tomatoes and some salt.
- Grind the oats to make oat flour.
- Beat the eggs and then add oat flour. You can also add salt here.
- Grease a pan with some oil, pour the batter, let it cook.
- Flip the side and add the sauteed mushroom and tomatoes.
- Garnish with coriander and serve.
