Oats Egg Omelette

This classic oats egg omelette is low in carbohydrates and good in protein and tastes fresh and healthy that fills up the stomach.
Nutritional benefits:
Avocados contain quite a bit of potassium, dietary fibre, and healthy fats that help in maintaining good cholesterol and helps in heart health. Eggs, on the other hand, are good in protein and vitamin D. Oats are high in fibre and are also filling and help to lose weight.
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 10 grams oats flour
- 2 teaspoon milk
- Salt as per taste
- A pinch of turmeric
- Black pepper and oregano as per taste
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 20 grams mixed chopped veggies(such as carrots, tomatoes, onions, chillies, bell peppers)
- 10 grams avocado

Carbohydrate: 10.4 grams
Protein: 7.04 grams
Method:
- Start by taking a medium bowl, whisk together all the ingredients
- Heat a skillet and add some oil, Pour some of the mixtures over it and toss to cook.
- Serve with mint chutney!
