Salads are perfect for nearly every diet and this avocado chicken salad making is fresh and flavourful as combining avocado, shredded chicken, corn and onion is healthy, giving a power pack wholesome meal.

Chicken provide a good supply of protein, essential vitamins and minerals which play a very important role in sustaining the muscles. Avocados are an excellent source of monosaturated fats and vitamin E that aids in various body processes.
Ingredients:
- 30 grams cooked chicken breasts shredded or chopped
- 10 grams ripe avocados pitted and diced
- 10 grams boiled corn
- 20 grams green onion minced
- 1 teaspoon cilantro minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
- In a large bowl, add the shredded chicken, avocado, onion, avocados, corn, and cilantro.
