Ginger Orange Tea

Ginger Orange Tea is a refreshing, zesty, and warming drink combining the bold flavors of ginger and the citrusy brightness of fresh orange.

For a Serving Size of Two:

Ingredients:

  • 300 ml water
  • 1-inch piece thinly sliced ginger
  • 1 orange with its juice extracted
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 2 cloves (optional)

Procedure:

  • In a pot, add water, sliced ginger, and cloves. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the ginger releases its flavor.
  • Remove the pot from heat, and stir in the freshly squeezed orange juice and orange zest.
  • Strain the tea into cups.
