Date Nut green smoothie

Sip on this sweet nutty smoothie packed with nutritious goodies. It’s a great way of adding veggies to the diet and getting that instant energy in the morning itself. It’s very beneficial as the fiber in the banana, dates, and almond milk along with healthy fats and calcium provides various health benefits.

Nutritional benefits:
Spinach is by far the healthiest green vegetable to be added to a dish providing great amounts of Vitamin A, folic acid, nitrates which helps reducing blood pressure levels, good for eye health and fiber helps in constipation. Bananas are good in nutrients and provide potassium. Yogurt, on the other hand, provides protein and calcium enhancing the healthy gut flora

  • 20ml almond milk
  • 20 grams banana
  • 1-2 dates
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • Chopped almonds for garnishing
