This Arugula, Watermelon, and Feta Salad is a refreshing and vibrant dish perfect for summer. The peppery taste of arugula pairs beautifully with the sweet juiciness of watermelon, while the creamy feta adds a rich, salty contrast. The simple dressing of olive oil and balsamic vinegar enhances the flavors without overpowering them, making this salad a delightful addition to any meal or a light standalone dish.

Ingredients:
- 100 grams arugula (rocket leaves)
- 200 grams cubed watermelon
- 75 grams crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Procedure:
- Rinse the arugula under cold water and pat dry. Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes and crumble the feta cheese.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the arugula, watermelon cubes, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
