  • 2 Tbsp. Orange Juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

  • 1 Cup Seedless Watermelon
  • 2 Tbsp. Feta Cheese
  • 1 Cup Baby Arugula
  • 2 Tbsp. Mint leaves; Chopped
  • Kosher Salt


  • Prepare Dressing – In a bowl, add orange juice, lemon juice, minced onion, olive oil, black pepper, and kosher salt. Whisk them well.
  • In a bowl, add arugula, watermelon, feta, and mint leaves. Drizzle the dressing and toss them well.
