Kesar Pista phirni is a delicious blend of milk and rice that has the perfect rose flavor along with creamy blanched pistachio. It is the right time for some refreshing summer Kesar Pista phirni that is prepared with pistachio, Kesar, rice, and milk. It is a great alternative to those sugar-loaded desserts.

Ingredients:
- 100ml milk
- 10 grams rice
- Some strands of saffron
- 5 grams pistachio
- 1-2 date paste
- ½ teaspoon green cardamom powder
- ½ teaspoon rose water
- Few rose petal

Method:
- Soak some washed rice for 1-2 hours.
- Take a pan and boil some milk in a heavy-bottomed pan. Drain the water of rice and grind it coarsely
- Blanch the pistachios and keep them aside.
- Add the rice paste to the milk and add in the date paste along with green cardamom powder, saffron and mix well.
- Add some rose water when the mixture has thickened and take it off the flame.
- Take some earthen pots and add in the prepared phirni. Garnish with some chopped pistachio and rose petals
