Beet Arugula Salad

Beet arugula salad is a zingy and hearty salad made with arugula, beetroots and walnuts. This salad is topped with balsamic dressing to make you fall in love with beetroots and win over your heart.

They contain almost all the vitamins and minerals which are required by the body. Beetroot contains minerals like folate, magnesium, potassium, copper and zinc.
Ingredients:
- 20 grams beetroot
- 10 grams arugula
- 5 grams walnuts
- 5 grams parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon mustard oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper as per taste

Method:
- Firstly, wash beetroots and pressure cook them until cooked.
- When cooked, cut them into desired shapes and size.
- Take a non-stick pan and dry roast walnuts and keep it aside.
- Now take a bowl and prepare the dressing by mixing all the ingredients and whisk together.
- On the other hand, in a salad bowl add walnuts, beetroots, arugula and cheese. Toss it with prepared dressing. Mix well.
- Serve.
