Jowar veggies mix is a healthy, light, and guilt-free snack to munch on. It is very easily prepared and is loved by all.
Nutritional benefits:
Jowar is a desirable grain that is rich in fiber which reduces the risk of diabetes, high blood pressure, and digestive problems. It contains a good amount of magnesium that is good for bone health
Ingredients:
- ½ teaspoon oil
- ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
- 2 curry leaves
- 1 green chili
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 baby corn
- 10 grams zucchini
- 10 grams red bell pepper
- 10 grams yellow bell pepper
- 10 grams jowar seeds
- Salt and pepper as per taste

Method:
- 1. Clean the jowar seeds and soak them in water overnight
- 2. In the morning boil the seeds in the same water for about 15 minutes.
- 3. Heat some oil in a pan. Add in the mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chili, and ginger.
- 4. Sauté for some time and add in the baby corn, and zucchini. Stir fry the vegetables for 5 minutes
- 5. Add in the chopped red and yellow bell pepper.
- 6. Add in the salt, pepper, and boiled jowar.
- 7. Serve it with any chutney of choice
