Beetroot paneer curry

Beetroot paneer curry is a curry filled with goodness of paneer dipped in rich pink gravy of beetroot which is a perfect combination for our chapattis.
Nutritional Benefits:
Beetroot is highly rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, iron and folic acids levels and on the other hand paneer is rich is calcium and high biological value protein.
Ingredients:
- 20 grams of paneer
- 20 grams beetroot
- 1-2 green chillies
- Ginger garlic paste
- 20 grams onion
- 10 ml coconut milk
- Red chili powder
- Coriander powder
- Salt and pepper as per taste
- Fresh coriander for garnishing
- 5 grams oil

Method:
- Take make the beetroot paneer curry , firstly take all the vegetables in a pressure cooker along with salt and ½ cup of water.
- Pressure cook about 2 whistles and then lower the flame and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes.
- Release the pressure and then add coconut milk, paneer cubes and spices as per taste and bring it to boil.
- Turn off the heat and your beetroot paneer curry is ready to serve.
