Soya Pulao

Ingredients
- ¼ Cup Soya Chunks
- 4 Tbsp. Rice
- ¼ Cup Curd
- 1 Tsp. Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Small Chopped Onion
- 1 Small Chopped Tomato
- 1 Slit Green Chilli
- 1 Cardamom
- 2-3 Black Pepper
- 1-2 Cloves
- 1 Bay Leaf
- ½ Tsp. Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Tsp. Coriander Powder
- 1/2 Tsp. Cumin Powder
- ¼ Tsp. Turmeric
- 1/2 Tsp. Garam Masala
- 2 Tsp. Vegetable Oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- Soak Rice for around 30 minutes.
- Boil soya chunks to make them soft and then squeeze out some water.
- Now in a bowl marinate sofa chunks. Add curd, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, and coriander powder and mix them well. Set them aside for 30 minutes.
- Heat a pressure cooker pan, add oil, cardamom, black pepper, cloves, bay leaf, and stir. Then add chopped Onion, Tomato, and Green Chilies and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add marinated soya chunks, and stir for a while. Then add soaked rice, and stir well.
- Add 1-1.5 Glasses of water as needed and cover the pressure cooker.
