Cinnamony Beet Moon Milk is a healthy drink with a blast of nutrient dense beetroot and milk. Especially made with the goodness of beetroot, this milk will give a soothing feeling with ample health benefits.
Nutritional Benefits:
Beetroots are rich in iron, folic acid, vitamin A and vitamin C. It helps in building up immunity because of its antioxidant properties. Milk is a great source of calcium, protein and B vitamins which play an important role in the body.
Ingredients:
- 20 grams beetroot (grated)
- 150 ml low fat milk
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- 1 pinch cardamom powder
- ½ teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Method:
- Firstly, heat the saucepan and melt the coconut oil. Add turmeric, cinnamon powder, ginger powder, black pepper and cardamom until they become fragrant.
