Salmon and Lentil Salad

Salmon and Lentil Salad is an amazing salad which is easy to make yet is highly nutritious. It is a perfect munching snack to pamper yourself whenever having hunger pangs.
Nutritional benefits –
Salmon is well known for having heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids. Broccoli is very light vegetables which are high in fiber and thus can aid proper digestion. Essential vitamins and minerals like folate, Vitamin C are also present in it. Black beans are rich in fiber, calcium and protein. Also it is a fair source of folate, iron, calcium, phosphorus, copper and manganese.
Ingredients –
- 10 Grams masoor dal
- 10 Grams Black beans
- 20 grams of broccoli
- 50 grams grilled salmon
- 20 grams onion
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- ½ teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper as per taste

Method –
1. Preheat the oven to 450 degree F.
2. Now take salmon and broccoli and place them on greased baking tray.
3. Roast until slightly brown texture is attained.
4. Meanwhile pressure cook the lentils and keep aside.
5. Then take a big bowl and mix lime juice, olive oil and balsamic vinegar and add the cooked lentils 6. roasted broccoli & salmon along with all the spices into it.
7. Toss well all the ingredients and serve.
