The eyesight salad is crisp yet well-balanced as it is simple and colorful. The combination of veggies helps in getting rid of dehydration and the crunchiness of veggies is extremely delicious and loved by all. All the ingredients are great for eye health and contain all eye beneficial nutrients.

Carrots are very nutritious and help in slowing the damage to skin, eyes and immune system as it is rich in antioxidants. It provides various health benefits such as lowers blood cholesterol, aids weight loss. Kale is a super healthy green that is good in vitamin K, calcium, and iron. The antioxidants present in kale help in removing toxins and the calcium and phosphorus help in bone development. Raw turmeric is a superfood and is used mostly in winters. It has anti-inflammatory properties and is used to cure a cold and cough.
Ingredients:
- 30 grams grated carrot
- 20 grams chopped kale
- 10 grams chopped parsley
- 10 grams fresh grated turmeric
- ½ lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon oil
- 1 teaspoon kimchi juice
- Salt and pepper as per taste
