Caprese Avo Toast are an awesome way to start your day. They are healthy and easy to prepare combined with the goodness of delightful avocados to offer you with amazing taste and ample benefits.

  • 20 grams cucumber
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper as per taste
  • 20 grams cherry tomatoes (chopped)
  • 2-3 Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 Multigrain bread slices (toasted)


  • In a bowl, mix sliced avocado and lemon juice.
  • Now take 2 bread slices and top it with avocado mixture, sliced cherry tomatoes and cucumbers.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper. Garnish with basil leaves and serve.
