Ginger Jaggery Tea

Teas are known for their medicinal value and we all know what relief they give us. Ginger Jaggery tea plays a role in healing, and thus this tea can be consumed during illness or just when you are feeling low.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Water
  • ½ Tsp. Tea Leaves
  • ½ Tsp. Jaggery powder/grated
  • ½ Tsp. Ginger Powder/grated

Method

  • Keep the water boiling.
  • Add ginger and let it boil for 3-4 minutes
  • Add tea leaves and switch off the flame. Let the tea brew only for 2 minutes.
  • Strain the tea and add jaggery and mix well.
