Teas are known for their medicinal value and we all know what relief they give us. Ginger Jaggery tea plays a role in healing, and thus this tea can be consumed during illness or just when you are feeling low.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Water
- ½ Tsp. Tea Leaves
- ½ Tsp. Jaggery powder/grated
- ½ Tsp. Ginger Powder/grated
Method
- Keep the water boiling.
- Add ginger and let it boil for 3-4 minutes
- Add tea leaves and switch off the flame. Let the tea brew only for 2 minutes.
- Strain the tea and add jaggery and mix well.
