Poppy Seeds Muffin

Nutritional Benefits:
Oats are rich in dietary fiber which helps in better digestion and also they provide you with energy. Poppy seeds are said to promote the digestion process in your body. It is also very good for healthy skin and hair.

Ingredients:

  • 20 grams oats flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 egg whole
  • 5 gram of poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 5 grams of coconut sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degree Celsius.
  • In a bowl whisk together egg, olive oil, lime juice and coconut sugar.
  • In another bowl sieve oats flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, poppy seeds and salt.
  • Now mix together the dry and wet ingredients followed by addition of vanilla essence.
  • Take the muffin molds and add the spoonful of batter into them.
  • Bake for around 19-20 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy.
