Broccoli and Mushroom Salad

Broccoli and Mushroom Salad is an amazing dish which is easy to make yet is highly nutritious. It is a perfect munching snack to pamper yourself whenever having hunger pangs.
Nutritional benefits –
Broccoli is very light vegetables which are high in fiber and thus can aid proper digestion. Essential vitamins and minerals like folate, vitamin C are also present in it. Mushrooms are rich in potassium, protein, Vitamin K and Vitamin C. Potassium plays a very important role in boosting heart health and controlling high blood pressure
Ingredients –
- 20 grams mushrooms
- 20 grams of broccoli
- 10 grams cherry tomatoes
- 20 grams onion
- 1teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- ½ teaspoon chaat masala
- 1-2 clove garlic (minced)
- Salt and pepper as per taste
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper as per taste

Method-
- Firstly, preheat the oven to 350-degree F.
- Whisk together vinegar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and garlic.
- Now take broccoli florets and mushrooms and sprinkle smoked paprika on them. Then place them inside the oven for 8-10 minutes till they turn golden in color.
- Remove them from the oven and let it cool.
- Now take a deep bowl and chopped tomato, spring onions followed by dressing. Add salt and pepper, seasoning and mix well.
- Serve.
