Ingredients
- 1 Small Cauliflower
- 2 Tsp. Oil
- 2 Tsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp. Lime Juice
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 2 Green Onions Sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce
- Lime Wedges
Method
- Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
- Heat a pan, add oil, minced garlic, and cauliflower. Stir cauliflower for 3-4 minutes until it turns brown on some parts.
- Add green onions and stir. Add soya sauce, and sriracha sauce and stir for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer the cauliflower into a serving bowl and sprinkle some lime juice and green onions.
