  • 1 Small Cauliflower
  • 2 Tsp. Oil
  • 2 Tsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tsp. Lime Juice
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 2 Green Onions Sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce
  • Lime Wedges


  • Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
  • Heat a pan, add oil, minced garlic, and cauliflower. Stir cauliflower for 3-4 minutes until it turns brown on some parts.
  • Add green onions and stir. Add soya sauce, and sriracha sauce and stir for 2-3 minutes.
  • Transfer the cauliflower into a serving bowl and sprinkle some lime juice and green onions.
