Ingredients –
- 20 grams of tomato
- 1 teaspoon of finely chopped Fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon of finely chopped Fresh basil
- 2 Egg whites
- Salt and pepper as per taste
- 5 grams of oil

Method –
1. Take a pan and heat some oil into it.
2. Add chopped tomatoes, cook until tender and keep aside.
3. Take a bowl and Whisk the egg whites.
4. Add finely chopped herbs along with salt and pepper to it.
5. Add some oil onto a pan and turn up the heat and pour the eggs into the skillet and cook them on medium flame
for a few minutes.
6. Your omelet is ready, served along with cooked tomatoes.
