Herby Omelette with Smashed Tomatoes

Herby Omelette with Smashed tomatoes is an amazing breakfast option to kick start your day with. It is a power pack and wholesome meal filled with the goodness of Protein and fiber.

Tomatoes also contain a considerable amount of folate and vitamin k.

Ingredients –

  • 20 grams of tomato
  • 1 teaspoon of finely chopped Fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of finely chopped Fresh basil
  • 2 Egg whites
  • Salt and pepper as per taste
  • 5 grams of oil

Method –
1. Take a pan and heat some oil into it.
2. Add chopped tomatoes, cook until tender and keep aside.

4. Add finely chopped herbs along with salt and pepper to it.
5. Add some oil onto a pan and turn up the heat and pour the eggs into the skillet and cook them on medium flame
for a few minutes.
6. Your omelet is ready, served along with cooked tomatoes.
