INGREDIENTS
• 1 medium cucumber slices
• 2-3 tbsp Hummus spread
• Finely chopped coriander
• Finely chopped mint leaves
• ½ tsp Mixed herb
• Salt & pepper to taste
METHOD
Wash & peel cucumber and slice them thick.
In a bowl add hummus spread then add finely chopped coriander & mint leaves, add
mixed her spices, salt & pepper to taste.
Spread this prepared mixture on the cucumber slices, serve immediately.
