Quick Pizza Omelette

Quick Pizza Omelette is an amazing recipe to incorporate into your diet with a twist to a normal omelette. It is a wholesome meal filled with the goodness of protein and fibre.

Nutritional benefits:

Eggs provide us with high biological value protein which helps in building up muscles. They also contain essential omega -3 fatty acids. Zucchini is packed with nutrition of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Folate, Potassium and fibre whereas mushrooms are highly rich in B vitamins such as niacin, riboflavin and pantothenic acid.

Ingredients:

  • 20 grams of Mushrooms
  • 20 grams of tomatoes
  • 20 grams bell peppers
  • 20 grams onions
  • 10 grams corn
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 5 grams parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper as per taste
  • 5 grams of oil

Method:

  • Firstly, break the eggs into a bowl and beat.
  • Take the saucepan and heat the oil over medium heat.

  • Wait for a few minutes. When the top is ready, add the chopped vegetables followed by cheese.
  • Sprinkle salt, herbs and pepper as per taste into it.
  • Lastly, place the pan under a hot grill and grill until the cheese bubbles. Serve hot.
