Quick Pizza Omelette is an amazing recipe to incorporate into your diet with a twist to a normal omelette. It is a wholesome meal filled with the goodness of protein and fibre.

Zucchini is packed with nutrition of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Folate, Potassium and fibre whereas mushrooms are highly rich in B vitamins such as niacin, riboflavin and pantothenic acid.
Ingredients:
- 20 grams of Mushrooms
- 20 grams of tomatoes
- 20 grams bell peppers
- 20 grams onions
- 10 grams corn
- 1 whole Egg
- 5 grams parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper as per taste
- 5 grams of oil

Method:
- Firstly, break the eggs into a bowl and beat.
- Take the saucepan and heat the oil over medium heat.
- Now pour the eggs on the pan and swirl around the saucepan.
- Wait for a few minutes. When the top is ready, add the chopped vegetables followed by cheese.
- Sprinkle salt, herbs and pepper as per taste into it.
- Lastly, place the pan under a hot grill and grill until the cheese bubbles. Serve hot.
