Healthy snacking is always a great tee. This Baked Parmesan Zucchini Crisps are a highly addictive healthy snack that is incredibly simple and easy to make with just two ingredients.

Nutritional Benefits:
Zucchini is a versatile vegetable. It is low in cholesterol, sodium and fat and helps to maintain a balance of carbohydrates.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium-sized zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 30 grams parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Method:
