Nutritional Benefits
Nuts included in the protein ball make them high in protein, healthy fats, and fiber. This helps in keeping fuller for a long. Apricots and Dates are complex carbohydrates and rich in Iron. Orange zests are highly nutritious loaded with vitamins, anti-inflammatory, and provide good flavor to balls. Desiccated coconuts are also healthy fats.

Ingredients

  • 4 Almonds
  • 1 Dried Apricot
  • 4 Cashewnut
  • 1 Seedless date
  • 1 Tsp. Honey
  • ½ Tsp. Orange Zest
  • 1 Tsp. Unsweetened desiccated coconut

How to make Protein Balls

  • Put Almond and Cashewnut in the food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
  • Now add Date, Apricot, Honey, and Orange Zest and pulse again until all the ingredients bind well and form a dough.
  • Now prepare the ball out of the dough and roll it through desiccated coconut.
  • Protein Balls can be stored in airtight containers in the fridge for a week.
