Orange zests are highly nutritious loaded with vitamins, anti-inflammatory, and provide good flavor to balls. Desiccated coconuts are also healthy fats.

Ingredients
- 4 Almonds
- 1 Dried Apricot
- 4 Cashewnut
- 1 Seedless date
- 1 Tsp. Honey
- ½ Tsp. Orange Zest
- 1 Tsp. Unsweetened desiccated coconut
How to make Protein Balls
- Put Almond and Cashewnut in the food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
- Now add Date, Apricot, Honey, and Orange Zest and pulse again until all the ingredients bind well and form a dough.
- Now prepare the ball out of the dough and roll it through desiccated coconut.
- Protein Balls can be stored in airtight containers in the fridge for a week.
