Orange Raita

Raita can easily be prepared in just a few seconds and can accompany any meal of the day. Curd is rich in probiotics and various other nutrients and when orange is incorporated in it, it adds a wholesome creaminess to your meal. With the zest of vitamin C, it gives you a feeling of satiety as well.

The main ingredient, curd, is an excellent source of protein and probiotics. It helps clear out the bad bacteria and increases the number of good bacteria giving you a healthier gut. Orange gives the body vitamin C and boosts immunity. While protecting the cells from damage, orange also helps in making collagen for the body and gives you smoother skin.
Ingredients:
- 20 grams of Orange Pulp
- 60 grams of Curd
- 1 teaspoon of Rye
- 5 gram of Kadhi Patta(curry leaves)
- 1 teaspoon of oil for tadka
- Salt and pepper as per taste
- Mint leaves

Method:
- Take some curd in a bowl and whisk it to make it smooth.
- Add the orange pulp.
- Heat some oil in a pan and add rye and curry leaves to it.
- Add the tadka to the raita.
- Add salt and pepper according to your taste.
- Season with mint leaves and serve.
