Every one of us love to binge upon snacks like potato chips or namkeens. So why not bake these chips easily at home using the healthy ingredients. So let’s know how to make these amazing fauxtato chips at our home.

Nutritional Benefits
Radish is rich in Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin B6 and other minerals. It is also high in antioxidant levels thus helps in building up of your immunity.

Ingredients:

  • 40 grams Radish
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degree Celsius.
  • Take radish, peel the skin and then cut them into very thin slices and wipe out the moisture using a tissue.
  • Transfer these Radish to a bowl and toss them with oil and coat them with all the spices evenly from both the sides.
  • Then arrange these radish on a baking tray and bake them until they turn slight golden and crisp for at least 1 hour.
  • Let it cool and Serve with your favorite dip.
