Beat the heat with a refreshing and healthy summer cooler made with the goodness of mangoes and lychee! This tropical delight will keep you cool and energized during those sunny days.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 1 cup lychee, peeled and deseeded
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sabja seeds
- 1 cup water
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Peel and chop the mangoes, removing the pit. Place the mango chunks in a blender or food processor.
- Add the lychee, honey (if desired), and water to the blender.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined.
