DARK KNIGHT CHIA PUDDING

INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Hung Curd (Greek Yogurt)
- 1/4 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp chopped dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup Strawberries, or any berries or Banana
- 1tsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp unsweetened Peanut Butter
- Salt, a pinch
- 1 tbsp Mixed fruits
METHOD
- In a blender, combine strawberries/berries/banana, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, and honey. Pour the mixture into a bowl to start preparing the Choco Berry Chia Parfait.
- Add 1 tbsp of chia to this, stir well, and chill for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, combine this again to make sure there are no lumps, then leave it to soak for at least two hours or overnight.
- Combine the oats, cocoa powder, 1 tsp of chia seeds, a dash of salt, and the chocolate chips in a separate bowl.
- Combine 1/2 cup milk, greek yoghurt, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla in the same bowl. Stirr to combine, then chill for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- In a clean jar, put the chia pudding and Chocolate oats in alternating layers. Drizzle the fruit, nuts and peanut buter over top. Serve this chia parfait chilled.
